Helen can see what she's going to be made to do, the handcuffes are hanging from the ceiling and she shows trepidation towards them, the fear of not knowing how long she will be made to stay in the cuffs is really putting the fear into Helen! So to start the cuffs are put on her ankles, to ensure she's not going to run off! Now it's just a question of when Helen is made to put her arms above her head so they can be sealed in place. Uncomfortably she shuffles around, Helen knows that the pinch of discomfort in her arms will soon turn to sharp pain, but she's not going to get released any time soon!!
