Michael Jackson_s Neverland Ranch is on the market and it could be yours for a MERE 100 million. The 2700 acre California property has 22 structures on it, including a 12,000 square foot main house. It also has it_s own train system, and a 50 seat movie theater. The amusement park rides that gave Neverland its childlike reputation have been removed, but fear not, the iconic Neverland flower clock has been lovingly restored. Jackson purchased Neverland in 1987 for $19.5 million and moved out in 2005.A Hollywood film producer and real estate developer is building the most expensive property in the world. Situated in L.A.s Bel Air neighborhood, the compound will have a 74,000 sq foot main house, and 3 smaller homes. Some of the features include a 5,000-square-foot master bedroom, a 30-car garage and a Monaco-style casino and nightclub. Construction is expected to take almost 2 years and it will then be put up for sale. The asking price? 500 MILLION dollars. But 500 million is just a drop in the bucket compared to this NEXT project. A new 100 BILLION dollar super city is being built in Saudi Arabia. Construction on the King Abdullah Economic City began 10 years ago and will eventually be home to 2 million people. Saudi Arabia wants the futuristic port city to become the shipping and manufacturing hub for the Red Sea. The project won_t be fully completed until 2035.Finally, you_d expect to find Europe_s tallest building in France or Germany, but it_s actually going to be located in the tiny Swiss village of Vals. Designed by famed architect Thom Mayne, the 1250 ft luxury hotel and spa will use glass paneling to mirror and blend in with the surrounding mountains. The hotel is slated to open in 2019.
