Princess Hannah is beating this slave for throwing a shoe at her earlier. The slave was cleaning shoes and didn't hand it over to Princess Hannah nicely, which is basically THROWING it!!! So now this slave will get whipped for this unacceptable behavior! I mean, Princess Hannah is just a petite girl and this slave is so much bigger than her that it could have really hurt her with when it threw that shoe.
